ZippyKart ek O2O (Online-to-Offline) marketplace hai. Hum buyers aur local sellers ko connect karte hain. Platform par kisi bhi illegal item ki sale mana hai.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Cash on Delivery (COD) order place karne ke baad, jab delivery partner location par pahunche toh payment karna anivarya (mandatory) hai. Fake orders block kar diye jayenge.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Retailers ko expiry date wale products aur damaged samaan check karke hi dispatch karna hoga. Inventory aur prices ki accuracy retailer ki zimmedari hai.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Kyunki delivery 9 minute me hoti hai, ek baar store dwara order "Packed" ya "Out For Delivery" mark hone ke baad cancel nahi kiya ja sakta. Damaged item aane par aap turant support se contact kar sakte hain.
